Choose this manufacturer-approved diverter valve for your top-load washer.

This diverter valve for a Fisher and Paykel top-load washer model number GWL11-96151 directs water draining from the wash tub to either the drain pump or the recirculation hose.

Unplug the washer and turn off the water supply before beginning to install the replacement diverter valve.

To begin removing the old valve disconnect the water supply and drain hoses then carefully lay the washer on its back. Be sure to reattach the hoses securely to prevent leaks.
