Frigidaire 318293827 Surface Element Infinite Switch

This manufacturer-approved surface element infinite switch (part number 318293827) for Frigidaire electric range model FGES3045KFB attaches to the inside of the control panel on the console. The shaft of the switch extends through the panel and the knob mounts on and rotates on the shaft to allow cooks to turn the element on and off and adjust the temperature.

• Unplug the range or shut off the circuit breaker to completely disconnect electricity for the unit before beginning to install the replacement surface element infinite switch.
• To access and remove the existing surface element infinite switch pull off the control knob and either release the control panel or take the back panel off the console. Make note of where and how the wires are connected to the existing switch before detaching them. connect the wires to the new switch properly.
