WB2X9902 Range Foam Tape

This manufacturer-approved foam tape (part number WB2X9902) is for gas cooktops, including Kenmore model 91132255590.

Unplug the cooktop or shut off the circuit breaker for the unit to disconnect electrical power before beginning to change the foam tape.

Making the repair requires pulling the cooktop out from the counter. Use the installation instructions in the owner's manual as a guide for doing that. After peeling off the existing foam tape, clean the bottom of the main top and make sure all adhesive residue has been removed.

Part Number WB02X26088 replaces AP5986228, WB2X9902, 336162, 347723, WB02X10573, WB02X11192, WB02X11335, WB02X9902, WB06K5042, WB2X10573, WB6K5042.
